Cancellation Policy:

If you decide to cancel your service request before the consultation, you can do so within 12 hours of payment. A full refund will be processed in such cases.

Refund Policy:

Before Consultation:
If you request a refund within 12 hours of making the payment, we will refund 100% of your amount.

After Consultation:
If, within 24 hours of the consultation, you believe our predictions or services did not meet your expectations, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund:

Send your refund request to numberslogy@gmail.com with your payment details and a brief reason for the claim.
Refunds will be processed within 4-5 working days after verification.

Exclusions:

Refund requests made after 24 hours of the consultation will not be entertained.
Any disputes outside the specified time frame will be addressed at our discretion.
